Minimum Service Charge

My Minimum Service Charge is: $200.

This is for any service call that takes 2hrs or less. So whether I’m there for 30 minutes, an hour, or 2 hours it’s a flat rate $200.

For Example: If I come out on a service call to fix a leaking sink, and it takes me 30 minutes, the bill would be $200.

But if I have to replace the faucet or something, and I end up being there for 3 hrs, the bill would be $300, based on my hourly pricing of $100/hour.

Full Day Rates with Multiple Technicians

Below are our daily rates per Technician. Each day is based on an 8-hour workday from 8 am -5 pm with 1 hour subtracted for Lunch.

1 Technician - $800/Day
2 Technicians - $1,400/Day
3 Technicians - $2,000/Day
4 Technicians - $2,600/Day

By the Project

Most of the jobs that I do are priced by the project. This means that I give you a quote for the total project price once I have looked at the job.

If you already have the supplies/materials or wish to purchase them yourself, I can also give you just a price for labor.
