Custom Lake House Wrap-around Porch Stairs Re-built

Old, rotten porch stairs were demoed. Gravel was brought in to cover dirt and provide better erosion control and water drainage. New concrete footer was poured for stair stringers to sit on. New wrap-around stairs were framed on 12' centers. TimberTech composite risers/decking installed. Fortress Fe26 black welded Aluminum Railing installed.

Stair demolition continues with removal of old treads displaying the old wood stringers.
Stair demolition is completed with old stairs completely gone and frames laid for new concrete foundation.
White rock gravel is laid over the old dirt under and around the stairs to match the current gravel landscaping in front of the house.
Cement foundation for the new stairs has cured.
Stair rebuild starts with new stringers and precision-cut mitered corners at the corner of the L-shape stairs.
Stair rebuild continues with new wood kick plates installed on the new stringers.
